For a website up to 20 pages which includes all aspects of the design. It will involve and include me:

• Discussing the site with you
• Designing the site
• Setup and organising of website name and emails
• Designing good menus for your site
• Making a Contact form for enquiries to be sent directly from your website to your email address.
• Making the site accessible to disabled people
• Writing the content of your site based on written material you can provide
• Optimising your website so it'll appear in search engines effectively
• Supplying you with POP3 email addresses of your choice, that match the website name
• The options of adding anti-virus and anti-spam protection for you email (no extra costs)
• Setting up passwords for your email accounts and supplying instructions on setting up your email on Outlook (or your favourite email program)
• Making sure your hand coded website validates to W3C standards

In most cases this will be needed when you have a website designed. I have included all these services in one bundle to make it one simple price. My All-in Hosting includes:

• A yearly fee to own your website name
• Hosting of your website name (if needed)
• Hosting of your website (up to 20 pages)
• Hosting of your email accounts (which you can access over the web or from your email program (Outlook etc.)
• Fees for traffic to your site
• Me, to arrange and manage all of these services and if you need anything done

Very often, the above services can sometimes be charged as separate items or 'extras' to a basic price. I don't think charging separately makes it very easy for anyone so the hosting services above are all included in the one price.

When having a website designed, this service would usually be needed as well as the All-in hosting above. The price of this can vary depending on the amount of work required. If you have a website that will need updating every week, or maybe at different seasons of the year, then the price will be slightly higher than if those things weren't needed. The Maintenance Package can include:

• Weekly, monthly or other updates to the website (for additional cost)
• Seasonal updates, such as adding snow to the site in winter (for additional cost)
• Making sure your site is working, and continues working if a new browser comes out (included in base cost)
• Keeping your email accounts working properly (included in base cost)

Additional Updates - If you needed a one off update I can do this easily and charge a small price for this work. The yearly price of maintenance will only go up if regular updates are needed.

For this service I will:

• Make recommendations to improve the look of the site
• Tidy up code where necessary
• Fix any errors in the code
• Have the site validated to W3C standards
• Make accessibility recommendations (if applicable)
• Carry out any agreed changes

Before carrying out the above items on your website, I will quickly review it and see if it is possible to spring clean. If I find that your website would benefit from a re-design, then I will tell you. A re-design does not necessarily mean a different design, it would mean your website might need re-coding, or have changes made to the way it works. I will do this so that the price of the spring clean does not end up being higher than the cost of my website design service.

If you would like an email address of your choice, but don't need a website, then this is want you want. You will be able to access your email via the web, or you can collect your email using an email program such as Outlook. You can choose the end part of the email address, eg @yourchoice.xxx, and you will be able to have up to 20 email addresses. eg bob@yourchoice.xxx, sarah@yourchoice.xxx, frogman@yourchoice.xxx, etc. If you ever did want to have a website at this address, eg www.yourchoice.xxx, then you could. Here's what's included:

• Setting up and your email addresses
• Hosting your email addresses
• Supplying you with instructions on how to collect your email using your email program
• The options of adding anti-virus and anti-spam protection for your email (no extra costs)

Adding anti-spam and anti-virus is an option because some users prefer to have their email program check for this.

This free service can help expose any problems with your website. The review will point out any problems there might be in the following areas:

• Accessibility - I'll check whether you're site meets basic accessibility requirements
• Usability - Here I'll see whether I think the site has anything that can be improved to make it easier to use
• Navigation - I'll tell you if I think that users might have any problems using the menus on your site
• Visual - If there is anything that doesn't look right when the website is viewed, then I will let you know
• Standards - I will check your site meets the appropriate standards set by the W3C.
• General - this will include anything that is just a general observation of your site
• How I can help - This will be a round up of what I found in other areas of the website and how I can help to fix them
• An Emailed report - I will send you your website review by email (or post if you'd prefer)

Often, if I find that there is anything that needs improving upon, I will recommend a spring clean. I'll tell you how much I will be able to do it for, which will depend on how much of your website I think would benefit from changes.
